He made his Notre Dame debut in 2024 before starting all 12 games as a freshman in 2025. Carr completed 195 of 293 passes for 2,741 yards and 24 touchdowns with a 66.7% completion percentage, tying the Notre Dame record for most passing touchdowns in a player's first 12 career starts since 1966.
