Ricky Ahumaraeze is a 6'4" wide receiver from Kansas City, Missouri who attended Liberty High School, where he played both receiver and defensive back. A consensus three-star recruit in the 2023 class, Ahumaraeze redshirted his first year before appearing in one game in 2024 and earning Academic All-Big Ten honors. In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games with two starts, recording 10 receptions for 200 yards. His receiving highlights included a 35-yard catch against Central Michigan in the GameAbove Sports Bowl, a 39-yard reception against Minnesota, and a 38-yard pass at USC.
