Frank Covey IV is a 6'1", 210-pound wide receiver from Arlington Heights, Illinois, who attended Prospect High School. A three-star recruit in the 2023 class, he recorded 68 catches for 1,348 yards and 26 touchdowns as a senior. Covey redshirted his first year at Northwestern in 2023 after appearing in two games. In 2024, he played in eight games with five starts, recording 10 catches for 98 yards and earning Academic All-Big Ten honors. During the 2025 season, Covey made 12 appearances with two starts, posting two catches for 22 yards against Tulane to open the campaign and attempting his first pass against Oregon.
