Micah Cook is a defensive end for Northern Illinois, standing 6'6" and weighing 251 pounds. The redshirt freshman from Johnston, Iowa was a two-year varsity letterwinner and team captain at Johnston High School, earning All-Academic honors in 2022, 2023, and 2024. He appeared in three games during his freshman season in 2025, recording a tackle at Toledo.
