James Little IV is a cornerback for Northern Illinois, standing 5'11" and weighing 170 pounds. The Fort Myers, Florida native attended Bishop Verot High School, where he earned All-State and All-Region honors in 2022 and was a two-time team captain. During his freshman season in 2025, Little appeared in seven games, including contests against Mississippi State, San Diego, Miami, Eastern Michigan, Ohio, Toledo, and UMass, contributing on special teams and defensive back. He recorded two tackles against UMass. Little is now a returning sophomore for the Huskies.
