Amari Washington is a defensive tackle for Northern Illinois from Bettendorf, Iowa. A three-year varsity letterwinner in high school, he earned First Team All-State, First Team All-Quad Cities, and First Team All-District honors. Washington appeared in three games during his 2025 freshman season, taking the field against Ohio on 10-18, Ball State on 10-25, and UMass on 11-12. He recorded one tackle against Ball State and posted a season-high three solo stops versus UMass. Washington currently holds the redshirt freshman classification.
