TJ Chukwurah is a wide receiver from Arlington, Texas who transferred to North Texas after four years at Black Hills State. At the Division II level, he appeared in 35 games with 33 starts and recorded 122 catches for 2,347 yards and 28 receiving touchdowns. In 2025, his final season at BHSU, Chukwurah led all Division II players with 16 receiving touchdowns while posting 1,100 receiving yards and 100.0 yards per game across 11 starts. He earned unanimous All-American honors from the AFCA, AP, Don Hansen Football Committee, Walter Camp Football Foundation and D2CCA in 2025, and was named South Dakota Sportswriters Association College Male Athlete of the Year.
