Caleb Lathan is a 6'4", 290-pound defensive lineman from Plano, Texas, who prepped at John Paul II High School. As a senior in 2023, he recorded nine sacks, 42 tackles, and two forced fumbles. Lathan spent the 2024 season at Nevada on a redshirt, appearing in no games. He joined North Texas for the 2025 season but did not see game action.
