Brayden Knox is a sophomore right defensive end for North Texas who hails from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He prepped at Putnam City High School, where he recorded 68 tackles, 25 tackles for loss, and 14 sacks as a senior while also playing running back. Knox was rated a three-star prospect and ranked as the No. 141 linebacker nationally by recruiting services. In 2025, he appeared in 10 games and totaled 19 tackles with 15 solo stops, two tackles for loss, and one sack. He posted five tackles against UTSA and recorded his first career sack at Rice.
