Julian Burns is a safety from Monroe, Louisiana who attended Neville High School. He earned All-State recognition during his prep career. In his senior season across 12 games, Burns recorded 102 tackles, 29.5 tackles for loss, 11.5 sacks and two interceptions. During his junior year, he posted 86 tackles and two interceptions.
