Larry Turner-Gooden is a defensive back for the Nevada Wolf Pack as a redshirt senior. The South Central Los Angeles native attended Calabasas High School and was an All-America honoree as a prep selection to the 2022 All-American Bowl. Turner-Gooden began his college career at Texas, appearing in four games over two seasons (2022–23), including the 2022 Alamo Bowl against Washington. He transferred to San José State and played two seasons (2024–25), appearing in 22 games with 37 tackles, an interception, a forced fumble, and two passes defended. In 2025, he started two of ten games while recording 28 tackles and an interception.
