Ethan Newman is an offensive lineman for Nevada standing 6'3" and weighing 300 pounds. A native of Navarre, Florida, Newman played high school football at Navarre HS, where he recorded over 60 pancake blocks as a senior and 40 as a junior. He was named to the 2021 Pensacola News Journal All-Area First Team at offensive line and won the 2021 Navarre High School Mr. Pancake Award. Newman spent the 2023-24 seasons at Kennesaw State, appearing in 16 games with three starts. He then transferred to Memphis, where he appeared in 12 games in 2025 with one start. Newman is currently a redshirt junior.
