Coy Jones is a freshman defensive back for Nevada who attends from Elko, Nevada. At Elko High School under head coach Luke Sellers, Jones earned Northern 3A Most Valuable Player honors in 2025. As a senior two-way player, he recorded seven interceptions and 35 tackles on defense while contributing 11 touchdowns on offense. He caught 40 passes for 658 yards and nine touchdowns, rushed for 107 yards and two scores, and returned five touchdowns (three kickoff, two punt). Over three varsity seasons, Jones tallied 29 touchdowns and 16 interceptions. He helped lead Elko to a regular-season title and state semifinal appearance. Jones also competes in basketball and baseball.
