Mason Goldman is a 6'5", 270-pound defensive tackle from Gretna, Nebraska, who arrived at Nebraska as a three-star recruit in 2023. He redshirted his initial season after beginning on the offensive line before transitioning to defense. In 2024, Goldman played in eight games, making his debut against UTEP with two solo tackles including a four-yard sack, and added two more tackles against Northern Iowa. During his 2025 sophomore season, he appeared in all 13 games, recording two total tackles with 0.5 sacks and 0.5 tackles for loss, including a half sack in the Las Vegas Bowl versus No. 15 Utah. Goldman has earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in both 2024 and 2025.
