Larry Tarver Jr. is a 5'11", 175-pound cornerback from Miami, Florida, who attended Norland High School. As a senior, he recorded 41 tackles and five interceptions. He also competed in track, running a personal-best 10.65 in the 100 meters and 21.55 in the 200 meters, finishing third in the 4x100-meter relay at the 2023 Florida 2A state meet. Tarver redshirted during the 2024 season after playing in three games. In 2025, his redshirt freshman year, he appeared in three games and recorded one tackle against Akron.
