Pluto Surratt is a safety for the NC State Wolfpack. The 5'11", 196-pound true freshman from Shelby, North Carolina, attended Crest High School, where he served as two-time team captain under Coach Greg Lloyd. A 3-star prospect ranked No. 77 at his position and No. 46 overall in North Carolina, Surratt compiled 160 tackles, 13 interceptions, and 17 pass breakups during his high school tenure.
