Colby Cronk is a 6'3", 270-pound defensive tackle for NC State from Palm Coast, Florida. A three-star recruit in the 2025 class, Cronk was coached by Daniel Fish at Flagler Palm Coast High School, where he served as a two-year team captain and earned Male Athlete of the Year honors. Over 34 high school games, he accumulated 201 solo tackles and 283 total tackles while posting 101 tackles for loss and 50 sacks, holding both career and single-season sack records at his school. He also scored eight touchdowns and competed in track and field as a state champion in shot put and state runner-up in discus, setting school records in both events.
