Maxwell Williams is a safety for Navy who stands 6'0" and weighs 205 pounds. The League City, Texas native graduated from Clear Falls High School in 2023 before attending Naval Academy Prep School during the 2023-24 academic year. In his 2025 debut season, Williams appeared in all games and made his collegiate debut against VMI. He recorded nine total tackles, including a career-high seven tackles in his first start against Army, where he also broke up a pass. Williams tallied his first collegiate tackle in the Rice game and appeared in the contest at Notre Dame. The junior majors in history and carries a 3.03 grade point average.
