Hoke Smith II is a senior right guard for Navy, standing 6'3" and weighing 317 pounds. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, Smith II graduated from Vestavia Hills High School in 2022 before attending Naval Academy Prep School. He made his collegiate debut in 2023 against Wagner and appeared in seven contests that season. In 2024, he became a starter in the final three games, including Navy's 31-point victory over Army. During the 2025 season, Smith II started in 12 of 13 games as part of an offensive line unit named to the Joe Moore Award Midseason Honor Roll. The line helped Navy reach 500 yards of total offense four times, with 556 yards against VMI and 524 against South Florida.
