Daveon Jones is a junior left outside linebacker for Navy listed at 6'3" and 234 pounds, wearing jersey number 38. A 2023 graduate of Dallas County High School in Plantersville, Alabama, Jones attended Naval Academy Prep School during 2023-24 before joining the Midshipmen. In high school, he earned four letters in football, two each in baseball, basketball, and track and field. He was a two-time All-County selection as a junior and senior, garnering All-Region honors his senior year. Jones also received an offer from Army.
