Kenric Lanier II is a 6'1", 200-pound wide receiver from Decatur, Georgia, who enrolled at Minnesota in January 2023 as a consensus three-star recruit. He redshirted in 2023 after making his collegiate debut against Bowling Green. In 2024, Lanier appeared in nine games and recorded one reception for 17 yards, earning Academic All-Big Ten honors. During the 2025 season, he played in 10 games, hauling in three catches for 79 yards while seeing action in contests against Cal, Ohio State, Purdue, Iowa, Northwestern, and Wisconsin, among others. Lanier is now a redshirt junior transfer to Missouri.
