Donta Simpson is a 6'3", 300-pound nose tackle from Hollywood, Florida who attended Chaminade-Madonna. A three-star recruit ranked 605th overall in the 2025 class, Simpson played college ball at Miami before transferring to Missouri. During his 2025 season with the Hurricanes, he appeared in eight games and recorded four tackles, 1.5 tackles for loss totaling five yards lost, and one quarterback hurry. He made his collegiate debut against Bethune-Cookman with two assisted tackles and half a tackle for loss. Simpson now holds jersey number 8 as a sophomore transfer with the Tigers.
