A consensus four-star recruit ranked 95th nationally in the 2025 class, Olugbode appeared in all 13 games during his true freshman season in 2025. He recorded 30 receptions for 401 yards and two touchdowns, becoming the eighth freshman in program history to surpass 400 receiving yards in his debut season.
