Joel Kpassou is a cornerback from Cleveland, Ohio who attended Solon High, where he was a four-year starter and two-time Ohio all-state selection. He began his college career at Duquesne in 2023 and spent 2024 at NCAA Division II Findlay, where he made 7 starts and recorded 20 tackles. In 2025 at Duquesne, Kpassou appeared in all 12 games and earned All-NEC second team honors along with Phil Steele All-NEC second team recognition. He recorded 28 solo tackles, notched a tackle for loss, and broke up a pass while averaging 30.7 yards on 6 kickoff returns, including a 94-yard touchdown return against Saint Francis on 10/11/25. Kpassou now transfers to Missouri State as a senior.
