Dylan Brooks is a 6'4", 245-pound defensive end from Roanoke, Alabama, who attended Handley High School. A four-star prospect ranked 77th overall in the 2021 recruiting class, Brooks redshirted in 2021 before appearing in nine games as a redshirt freshman at Kansas in 2022, recording a fumble recovery against Mississippi State on 11/5/22 and a sack versus WKU on 11/19/22. In 2023, he appeared in seven contests with five total tackles and one tackle for loss, including his first solo tackle in the season opener against Missouri State on 9/1/23.
