Brady Palmer is a freshman quarterback for the Minnesota Golden Gophers who wears No. 16. The 6'2", 200-pound native of San Diego, California, attended Cathedral Catholic High School in Del Mar, where he wore No. 10 and played four years of varsity football under coach Sean Doyle. Palmer was a three-time all-league selection and two-time All-CIF honoree who accumulated over 100 touchdowns in his high school career. He earned all-state recognition and was ranked by national outlets as the No. 25 pocket passer quarterback nationally and the No. 55 player in California. A consensus three-star recruit, Palmer joined Minnesota's 2026 class.
