Beckham Sunderland is a place kicker for the Minnesota Golden Gophers who enrolled in January 2026. The 6'2", 225-pound senior from Newport, Kentucky, attended Sycamore High School in Montgomery, Ohio. He spent the 2025 season at Michigan, where he appeared in all 13 games, recording 71 kickoffs for 4,553 yards with 44 touchbacks, and also punted once for 35 yards. Prior to Michigan, Sunderland played one season at Texas State in 2024, where he appeared in two games and made six touchbacks on eight kickoffs.
