Matthew Blomquist is a defensive end for Middle Tennessee State University standing 6'5" and weighing 264 pounds. A native of Manchester, Tennessee, Blomquist lettered in football and track at Coffee County High School before joining the Blue Raiders. During his redshirt freshman year in 2025, he did not appear in games but earned MTSU Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week honors on 11/16. Blomquist is a returning redshirt sophomore studying Business Administration.
