Devan Carlisle is a left cornerback for Middle Tennessee who transferred in from Iowa Western, where he was rated a three-star JUCO recruit by recruiting services. Standing 6'4" and weighing 204 pounds, the Hoover, Alabama native was redshirted in 2023 before appearing in seven games during the 2024 season with 10 total tackles. In 2025, Carlisle played in all 12 games with two starts, recording 10 tackles and one fumble recovery while appearing in 159 defensive snaps and 30 on special teams.
