AJ Jones is a 6'4" wide receiver from Ontario, California, who transferred to Middle Tennessee from Arizona. A three-star recruit out of Colony High School, Jones appeared in 10 games during his 2023 season, recording five receptions for 27 yards. After limited action in 2024, he played in all 12 games with seven starts in 2025, earning MTSU Offensive Player of the Week honors on 11/30. He finished the season with 28 receptions for 216 yards and five touchdowns, including four receptions against Delaware and Missouri State, and a pair of scores in a win at NMSU.
