Nico Crawford is a long snapper from Dublin, Ohio who attended Dublin Scioto High School. He began his college career as a walk-on at Illinois in 2022 without appearing in games. Crawford then transferred to Charlotte in 2023, where he appeared in 11 games as the long snapper. He spent two seasons at Pitt (2024-25), appearing in all 13 games each year and earning two varsity letters. During his 2024 junior season, Pitt kickers made 21-of-24 field goals (87.5 percent). In 2025, he appeared in all 13 games to earn his third varsity letter, with Pitt kickers converting 21-of-26 attempts (80 percent). Crawford graduated from Pitt with a degree in communication and transferred to Michigan as a redshirt senior.
