Micah Ka'apana is a running back from Waianae, Hawaii, who attended Bishop Gorman High School in Nevada. A three-star recruit, he joined Michigan in 2024 and earned his first varsity letter after appearing in two games, including one reception for four yards against Northwestern. In 2025, his sophomore season, Ka'apana appeared in four games, recording 10 rushing attempts for 38 yards and one reception for eight yards. His longest rush went for 11 yards against Texas in the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl (Dec. 31, 2025). Ka'apana has earned two varsity letters at Michigan.
