A three-star recruit from the 2023 class, Bell enrolled at Michigan and redshirted his freshman year in 2023. As a sophomore in 2024, he appeared in all 13 games with six starts, recording seven receptions for 70 yards. In 2025, Bell appeared in all 13 games with one start and caught three passes for 54 yards and one touchdown. He has earned two varsity letters and appeared in 25 career games, including five on special teams only.
