Jeffrey Chukwu is a cornerback for Michigan who hails from Severna Park, Maryland. The 6'2", 195-pound junior joined the Wolverines in the fall and played his first season of organized football in 2025. As a sophomore, he did not appear in games but was named Scout Team Special Teams Player of the Week on three occasions for his preparation work ahead of Wisconsin, Purdue, and Maryland matchups. He earned Academic All-Big Ten recognition in 2025. Before football, Chukwu played forward in soccer at Severna Park High School, where his team finished 17-1-1 during his junior year and 12-4-2 in his senior season.
