Leonard Ah You is a linebacker from Laie, Hawai'i who attended Kahuku High School, where he recorded 10.5 tackles for loss, six sacks, and an interception as a senior. He was ranked among the top linebackers in the Class of 2023 by major recruiting services, including No. 50 by recruiting services and No. 81 by national outlets. After signing with Oregon State in December 2022, Ah You spent two years on a mission trip before signing with Michigan State in December 2024. He joined the Spartans in summer 2025 and made his collegiate debut at Minnesota on November 1, appearing in three games on special teams with 11 snaps total while earning Scout Team Player of the Week honors during Iowa week.
