Kai Rios is a tight end from Rock Island, Illinois who attended Rock Island High School before playing two seasons at Indiana State. He transferred to Michigan State in summer 2025 and is entering his second year with the Spartans as a redshirt senior. Across 31 collegiate games, Rios has recorded nine receptions for 70 yards and two touchdowns. In 2025, he appeared in nine games for MSU and earned his first Spartan letter, recording one reception for one yard and a touchdown against Maryland at Ford Field in the regular-season finale.
