Matthew McCoy is a 6'6", 325-pound right tackle for the Miami Hurricanes. A native of St. Johns, Florida, McCoy arrived at Miami as a four-star prospect ranked No. 32 at his position by national outlets. In 2025 as a redshirt junior, he appeared in all 16 games with 15 starts at left guard, logging the fifth-most snaps among offensive linemen. The offensive line helped limit tackles for loss to a rank of No. 5 in FBS and No. 1 in ACC, while allowing the second-fewest sacks in the ACC. McCoy played in all four College Football Playoff games, including the national championship contest on January 19. He also appeared in victories over USF and NC State, where Miami produced 576 and 581 yards respectively.
