Bryce Fitzgerald is a safety for the Miami Hurricanes who stands 6'1" and weighs 185 pounds. The Miami native from Christopher Columbus High School arrived as a four-star recruit ranked 138th overall in the 2025 class. As a true freshman in 2025, Fitzgerald appeared in all 16 games with four starts and recorded six interceptions—tying for the conference lead—along with 16 total tackles (10 solo), two pass deflections, and one tackle for loss. He earned Freshman All-America honors from the Football Writers Association of America. Notable performances included a 43-yard interception return against Florida State, a two-interception display versus Texas A&M in the College Football Playoff, and contributions in bowl victories over Ohio State and Ole Miss. Fitzgerald is returning as a sophomore.
