Zhaiylen Scott is a 6'1", 240-pound defensive lineman from Cedar Hill, Texas, who wears jersey number 20 for Miami (OH). Scott transferred to the RedHawks after attending North Texas, where he recorded 14 tackles and two sacks in 2025 before suffering an injury that ended his season. At Cedar Hill High School, he earned 11-6A Utility Player of the Year honors in 2023 after posting 121 tackles, 22 tackles for loss, and 11 sacks during his junior campaign. He also contributed as a running back, recording nine rushing touchdowns that season. A three-star recruit in the 2024 class, Scott is a returning redshirt sophomore.
