Carl Jenkins is a 6'2" wide receiver from St. Augustine, Florida, who transferred to Miami (OH) after spending 2025 at UCF. At UCF, he appeared in all 12 games and recorded three receptions for 32 yards, including two catches for 21 yards against Kansas on October 4. Jenkins graduated from St. Augustine High School as a four-star prospect ranked among the top 75 recruits in Florida. During his prep career, he accumulated 2,306 receiving yards across three seasons and caught 48 passes for 592 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior, helping lead the Yellow Jackets to the Class 4A state semifinals.
