Cade Yacamelli is a running back from Trafford, Pennsylvania, who graduated from Penn-Trafford High School before playing at Wisconsin. At Penn-Trafford, he earned first-team All-State honors in 2021, was named a Mr. PA Football finalist, and received 5A Player of the Year recognition from KDKA, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, and Tribune-Review. He helped lead the school to its first PIAA 5A State Championship and first WPIAL Championship in 2021. During his Wisconsin career, Yacamelli appeared in 32 games with 107 carries for 571 yards and two touchdowns, while earning three Academic All-Big Ten honors (2023–25).
