Taylor Burton is a defensive tackle from Memphis, Tennessee, who attended Whitehaven High School before playing at UT Martin. At UT Martin, he appeared in 21 games and recorded 20 total tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks across 2023-2024. Burton transferred to Memphis and played in 12 games as a junior in 2025, making two starts. He registered 12 tackles, one sack, and 1.5 tackles for loss on the season, including a three-tackle performance against East Carolina on November 15 and NC State on December 19, when he also recorded his lone sack in the Gasparilla Bowl.
