Kendric Council is a linebacker for the Massachusetts Minutemen who transferred from Saint Francis University. The 6'2", 220-pound junior from Upper Marlboro, Maryland appeared in 10 games during the 2025 season at Saint Francis, recording 53 tackles (30 solo, 23 assisted), 6.5 tackles for loss, and 2.5 sacks. He posted a season-high seven tackles and one tackle for loss against Buffalo, and added three quarterback hurries and four pass breakups. Council was graded among the highest NEC linebackers per PFSN College. He attended Charles Herbert Flowers High School, where he earned Second Team All-State honors as a junior with 83 total tackles and 18 tackles for loss.
