Keith Sarkodieh is a safety for the Massachusetts Minutemen. The Worcester, Massachusetts native attended Worcester Academy, where he recorded 31 total tackles across 11 varsity games on defense while also contributing 33 receptions for 682 yards and 11 touchdowns on offense. He earned interceptions in both his junior and senior seasons. In 2025, his redshirt freshman year, Sarkodieh appeared in 11 games and posted 12 tackles, including seven solo tackles. He recorded a career-high six tackles at Iowa on September 13, with five coming as solo efforts.
