Greg Knox is a left guard for the Massachusetts Minutemen after spending four seasons at McNeese State. The 6'6", 303-pound Alexandria, Louisiana native appeared in 25 games during his time at McNeese. In 2025, he played in all 12 games for the Minutemen. During 2024, Knox started in nine of 11 games played, recording 559 total snaps while allowing zero logged sacks. At Peabody High School in Louisiana, he was named First Team LSWA Class 4A All-State and earned First Team All-CENLA honors, while allowing four sacks during his prep career.
