Devin Matthews is a 5'9", 185-pound receiver from Seguin, Texas, who was the District 12-5A MVP at his high school. As a prep player, he compiled 2,125 receiving yards and 25 touchdowns while adding 339 rushing yards, two rushing touchdowns, and 968 return yards across his career. Matthews spent three seasons at East Texas A&M before joining Massachusetts as a transfer.
