Rory Knipp is a long snapper for the Maryland Terrapins. The Pittsburgh native attended Central Catholic High School, where he earned special teams player of the year honors in 2025 and participated in the Big33 All-Star game representing Pennsylvania. A consensus 5-star recruit ranked No. 14 nationally at his position, Knipp trained with Christian Kuntz of the Pittsburgh Steelers before committing to Maryland over offers from Temple, Bowling Green, and Buffalo. He enters 2026 as a true freshman.
