Philip Noyes is a kicker for the Maryland Terrapins listed at 6'3" and 212 pounds. A redshirt sophomore from Pittsford, New York, he attended Pittsford Mendon High School where he handled punting and kicking duties. In 2024, his freshman year, Noyes did not appear in game action. During the 2025 season, he saw action in seven games, recording 38 kickoffs for 2,224 yards with a 58.5-yard average and 8 touchbacks.
