Michael Hershey is a center for the Maryland Terrapins majoring in finance. The 6'5", 295-pound junior from Spring Grove, Pennsylvania was a three-star recruit. As a freshman in 2024, he appeared in six games. In 2025, Hershey started all 12 games at center. Maryland's offensive line allowed nine sacks that season, tied for third fewest nationally. Against Rutgers on November 8, the unit helped the team rush for 305 yards. The line recorded a 94.3 pass blocking grade versus UCLA. In his first career start against FAU, the offense scored 39 points, allowed zero sacks, and totaled 380 yards. Hershey earned 2025 Academic All-Big Ten honors and received the A.V.
