Bio

Justin DeVaughn is a wide receiver from Baltimore, Maryland, who attended Mergenthaler Vocational Technical High School. A three-star recruit ranked in the top 70 at his position via recruiting services, DeVaughn was a top-15 player in Maryland and helped lead the Mustangs to a 2023 4A/3A State Championship while producing over 1,000 all-purpose yards that season. He also competed in track and field, earning three state championships and five regional championships. DeVaughn chose Maryland over Michigan, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Indiana. In his freshman year (2025), he did not appear in game action but ran an 8.12 time in the 60-meter hurdles with the Maryland track team, ranking 9th in school history.
